The adequate sizing of the necessary logistics resources to ensure adequate supply of production lines and movement of finished products represents a challenge for most industrial contexts, and in the electronics segment it is no different. In this context, this work addresses the problem of sizing AGVs in view of the necessary demand for supplying raw materials and removing finished products, in an electronics industry. Thus, the objective of this work was to develop a computational simulation that has two AGVs in intralogistics operation, comparing the main metrics with real data and also with analytical calculations. The study was developed during the implementation project of the plant's second autonomous vehicle, demonstrating the advantages and limitations of the simulation tool compared to conventional methods. The results found by the analytical method were more optimistic regarding the efficiency of the system, however the computational simulation delivered metrics that were more consistent with the real scenario of vehicle use.
