Abstract

A crescente relevância e representatividade do setor de serviços para o desenvolvimento econômico e social tem ampliado o interesse da comunidade científica em compreender, projetar e aprimorar sistemas de serviço cada vez mais complexos, digitais e centrados no usuário. Nesse contexto, a área da gestão e do design de serviços tem se consolidado como uma área estratégica dentro da Engenharia de Produção, ao integrar a ótica de melhoria operacional, inovação, experiência do usuário, transformação digital e sustentabilidade.
