Resumo

Este artigo apresentou uma revisão sistemática da literatura que teve como objetivo analisar e comparar o uso de modelos estatísticos e do Net Promoter Score (NPS) na avaliação da satisfação do consumidor. A pesquisa foi conduzida nas bases Scopus e Web of Science, contemplando estudos recentes que aplicaram essas metodologias. Os resultados evidenciaram as potencialidades e limitações de cada abordagem, indicando que modelos estatísticos avançados proporcionaram uma análise mais abrangente e precisa, permitindo identificar áreas específicas de melhoria e apoiar o desenvolvimento de estratégias mais eficazes para elevar a satisfação dos clientes. Embora o NPS tenha se destacado pela simplicidade e ampla utilização, sua aplicação isolada demonstrou limitações quanto à profundidade analítica. Dessa forma, o estudo contribuiu para uma compreensão mais consistente da aplicabilidade e eficácia dos diferentes métodos de avaliação, ressaltando a importância da integração entre métricas simplificadas e técnicas estatísticas sofisticadas no suporte à tomada de decisão gerencial e à gestão das relações com os consumidores.

Possui graduação em Engenharia de Alimentos pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (2019), mestrado em Engenharia de Produção (2022). E experiência na indústria de alimentos atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: actividades, costos, procesos e gestión. Atualmente é doutoranda em Engenharia de Produção na Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina.

Matheus Soares Brum de Mello, Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), Santa Catarina, SC, Brasil.

Doutorando em Engenharia de Produção pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Mestre em Engenharia de Produção e Sistemas pela Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB). Realiza estudos nas áreas de cadeia de suprimentos, riscos, custos e omnichannel. Integrante de Projeto "Estudo e Desenvolvimento de indicadores de custos nas Universidades Federais" associado ao Ministério da Educação (MEC). Pesquisador líder em projetos de iniciação científica na área de riscos omnichannel em cadeias de suprimentos. Possui graduação em Engenharia de Produção Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2009) e mestrado em Engenharia Aeronáutica e Mecânica pelo Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (2012). Atualmente atua como Especialista em Inovação no SENAI/SC, na gestão dos projetos de implantação dos Institutos SENAI/SC de Inovação em LASER, Sistemas Embarcados e Sistemas de Manufatura. Tem experiência nas áreas de Engenharia de Produção e de Engenharia Mecânica atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: gestão de projetos, gestão de negócios, pesquisa aplicada, manufatura digital, simulação, planejamento de processos, estruturação de problemas e apoio a decisão.

Jefferson de Oliveira Gomes, Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), São José dos Campos, SP, Brasil.

Possui graduação,mestrado e doutorado (2001) em Engenharia Mecânica pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina - UFSC, em cooperação com a RWTH-Aachen - Alemanha (2001). Desde janeiro de 2004 atua como professor do ITA, locado no Centro de Competência em Manufatura - CCM. Desde 2017 é Diretor da Fraunhofer Project Center FPC@ITA, relação de cooperação entre Sociedade Fraunhofer com o Centro de Competência em Manufatura do ITA. Já foi consultor do Fórum Econômico Mundial (WEF) e UNESCO para temas relacionados com a Quarta Revolução Industrial e do Banco Mundial para Educação Tecnológica do Futuro. Exerceu os cargos de Diretor, Superintendente e de Gerente Executivo de Inovação e Tecnologia do SENAI-DN; Diretor Regional e de Diretor de Inovação do SENAI - Departamento Regional de Santa Catarina (DR-SC), de Diretor Presidente do Instituto de Pesquisas Tecnológicas (IPT). Atualmente é Pesquisador principal FAPESP da Plataforma IAsmin, um dos seis Centros de Inovação em Inteligência Artificial do País e Diretor de Desenvolvimento Industrial, Tecnologia e Inovação da Confederação Nacional da Indústria (CNI). Orienta pesquisas na pós-graduação (doutorado e mestrado) e na graduação, sendo pesquisador bolsista Produtividade em Pesquisa pelo CNPq. Tem experiência industrial e acadêmica na área de Engenharia Mecânica e Produção, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: análise de desempenho de processos de fabricação, análise de desempenho organizacional e tecnológico de plantas industriais, auxílio à tomada de decisões industriais, sustentabilidade em processos de fabricação e gestão da inovação. Prestou suporte tecnológico e organizacional para mais de 80 empresas. Desde dezembro de 2023 desenvolve atividades como professor permanente no programa PROFNIT.
