Indústria 4.0/5.0 & resiliência organizacional

As organizações têm passado por várias modificações nos últimos anos, das quais pode-se citar a pandemia da Covid-19, que afetou a maioria dos setores, incluindo o industrial. Nesse sentido, várias organizações não estavam preparadas para as restrições que foram impostas, e tiveram que encerrar suas atividades. Diante disso, este estudo tem por objetivo realizar uma discussão sobre a resiliência organizacional no contexto da Indústria 4.0 e 5.0, mediante uma revisão teórica. Para tanto, foi realizada revisão sistemática mediante busca nas bases de dados: Scopus e Web of Science. Foram incluídos artigos científicos e artigos de revisões publicados entre os anos de 2019 a 2023, escritos no idioma inglês. Foram selecionados os 20 artigos para leitura na integra e discussão. Verificou-se que as novas tecnologias implantadas na I 4.0 tem cooperado com o fator resiliência organizacional, todavia essa área ainda carece de estudos para se obter melhores definições sobre sua aplicação na prática organizacional, principalmente no que se refere à resiliência juntamente com geração de valor para a organização. Nesse sentido, vale ressaltar que cada segmento industrial possui suas particularidades, o que gera a necessidade de pesquisas em diferentes setores, envolvendo todos os ambientes.
