Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected most sectors, including the industrial sector. In this sense, several organizations were not prepared for the restrictions that were imposed, and had to close their activities. Therefore, this study aims to discuss organizational resilience in the context of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, through a theoretical review. To this end, a systematic review was carried out by searching the databases: Scopus and Web of Science. Scientific articles and review articles published between 2019 and 2023, written in the English language, were included. Were selected 20 articles for full reading and discussion. It was found that the new technologies implemented in I 4.0 have cooperated with the organizational resilience factor, however this area still lacks studies to obtain better definitions about its application in organizational practice, especially with regard to resilience together with the generation of value for the organization. In this sense, it is worth highlighting that each industrial segment has its particularities, which generates the need for research in different sectors, involving all environments.
