Analysis of the determinative factors for energy efficiency

The aim of this paper is to study energy efficiency in productive sector. The main objective is to analyze determinative factors to Energy Efficiency, identifying how external forces influence those factors as weel as energy efficiency, in order to subsidize a future scenery planning in energy management. The result of this analysis, based on scientific works, case study in universities, research in companies, studies by Brazilian Federal Government and studies by specialists, shows that energy efficiency depends on: effectiveness governmental actions for the technological development; technological development; initiative by universities for technology transfer to the companies; the relationship between individuals and small companies to create a corporative structure.Downloads
